What began as cooking for my family quickly turned into feeding entire communities. Mexican Twisted was built from the ground up, late nights, early mornings, and a lot of trial and delicious errors. But what's always been behind it all? My family. They're the reason I hustle, the reason I cook, and the reason I keep things real. Especially when the cameras are rolling or grills on fire (sometimes literally).

Taco Dad Life is the raw, real, and rediculous behind the scenes look into what it really takes to run a catering business while being a full time dad.
