By submitting $100 deposit, you agree to the terms below.
-$100 save the date deposit that gets applied to your balance
-All balances have to be paid in full one week prior to your event, including if paying with check.
-Due to food safety, all food must be consumed immediately
-Because of time restraints in the preparing of food, please provide adequate parking for unloading/loading of catering equipment.
-Our catering service is set-up as a buffet line service unless otherwise agreed upon.
-We are not responsible for cleaning/picking up plates etc. unless contracted to do so.
Cancelations: Mexican Twisted catering will try to fulfill your order under any circumstance. You can choose to move the date of your event depending on our booking availability. If you do wish to move or cancel your event, we do require a 30 day notice from date of event. All cancellations under the 30 day window will forfeit deposit paid. If granted a refund, please allow 2-4 weeks for process of payment.
